Open-Book Model

For clients who want complete financial transparency and a more hands-on approach, our open-book model is ideal. With this option, you receive a detailed breakdown of all project expenses. Our dedicated team tracks every cost—from materials and labour to subcontractor fees—so you can see exactly how your investment is allocated. A 20% management fee is applied to the total build cost. This flexible approach allows you to make adjustments along the way, while maintaining complete visibility over your project's finances.
